2022 ESTATE ROSÉ

Sourced from the Clyde Park vineyard, this Rosé is a blend of three blocks of Pinot Noir. The three blocks offer different aspect, clone and microclimate, which in turn leads to a Rosé that shows complexity and finesse.

The grapes were whole bunch pressed and the juice was fermented at a cool temperature to retain aromatics and elegance. The wine was partially stored in old French oak for three months.

A gorgeous pale salmon hue in the glass is sure to tempt any pink wine fan. Then there’s the strawberries, rosewater and turkish delight characters present on the nose and palate, all held together by a fresh acidity.
