The 2014 Golden Plate Awards were hosted at Clyde Park Vineyard + Bistro last night, Monday the 27th of October, 2014. We had restaurants, wineries, dozens of local Geelong businesses gather to celebrate all of the achievements, and Clyde Park are very proud to announce that we’ve received the award for: Judges comments: “Country Victoria and chic are not words you generally think of together, but this is exactly how I would describe their restaurant. Big, bold and stylishly decorated. Thoughtful, generous food that gives more than a nod to the regions producers; and all of this combined with the opportunity to sample some terrific wine. This is a great example of regional Victoria elegantly showing off its food and wine pedigree.” It was a fantastic night, and both kitchen and floor teams worked hard to make it an enjoyable one!
