Mother’s Day 3 Course Luncheon

3 Course Shared Menu includes:

Grazing Plate
Alligator Ricotta and Potato Gnocchi pan fried, tossed in a roast pumpkin and cream sauce with fried sage.
Oven roasted garden tomatoes, That’s Amore Burrata drizzled with pepita pesto.
Woodfired Pizzas:
Cheese & Garlic – mozzarella cheese, oregano & garlic.
Salt Kitchen Smoked Ham – tomato base with ham, red onion and topped with shredded mozzarella.
Zucchini – basil pesto, mozzarella, roast pumpkin, caramelised onion, whipped feta, pepitas.
Peking Duck – served on a ginger base, baby spinach, red onion, mozzarella cheese & hoisin cheese topped with fried shallots.

Sharing Main Family Style
Roast Sher Wagyu Rump, served medium, with roasted golden potatoes, Autumn root vegetables, garden greens & a Shiraz jus.

Chocolate Mousse Roulade, double cream, chocolate sauce.
