Carefully crafted from Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from the hinterland of the Surf Coast. Made using the traditional method of Champagne, this sparkling was left to mature for a year on lees and disgorged on the 5th of October 2023.
Delicate ever so slight blush in colour, the wine exudes elegance. Fresh fine citrus notes with a gentle hint of summer berries. The palate is finely shaped and filled with vibrant pristine clean fruits with a mealy complexity hovering beneath. Balance and poise is abundant with an energetic and focused line of acidity to finish.
