Block E Shiraz Trilogy

Bright dark purple colour, intensely aromatic fresh roasted coffee beans, liquorice all sorts and blackberry compote. Block E is situated on the North Facing Slope of the Clyde Park Vineyard – hand pruned, trained and harvested.  Planted in 1996, this unique parcel was whole berry fermented with a portion of whole bunches. Pristine fruit open fermented and gently hand plunged. Matured in a mixture of new and old French oak for 10 months before bottling.
